Troubleshooting

Why isn't my stream playing?

There are several reasons why a stream might not play:

  • The stream URL might be offline or expired
  • The stream might require a VPN in your region
  • The playlist might be in an unsupported format
  • There might be network connectivity issues

Try another channel from your playlist to see if the issue persists.

Why is the video buffering?

Buffering can be caused by:

  • Slow internet connection - try lowering video quality
  • Server-side issues with the stream provider
  • High traffic on the stream source

Try pausing for a moment to let the buffer build up, or try a different channel.

My favorites disappeared!

Favorites are stored locally in your browser. They can be lost if:

  • You clear your browser cache/cookies
  • You use private/incognito mode
  • You switch browsers or devices

To avoid losing favorites, avoid clearing browser data or use the same browser and device.
